How do I know my message has been read?
By icon with every message you can see if your message has been read. If you see closed envelope that means the user hasn't opened or read it. If you see the envelope and it's open that means the user read the message.

Lots of dating sites are trying to do everything to make people register on their sites. Paid dating sites make an impression that they are free. These sites have a many pictures they announce they are "100% free". Therefore if you look better you can see that under the huge letters "100% free" there are very small letters "registration". Thus, these sites offer free registration only. I don`t know if one should have paid for registration some time ago, but it seems to me quite strange and rediculous now. As far as I know registration is totally free now on the best dating sites regardless whether they are paid or not. Actually I understand that it`s a sort of marketing ploys but they irritate me much. Why don`t they write that a site offers paid dating service honesty?
Free dating sites are not much better in their methods to get another member registered. First of all there are so many sites which claim they are for free that one can`t make head or tail of it. You can hardly understand if a site is worthy of registering of all. You may see an attractive, but you can`t see further then the first page. If you want to look through members` profiles you must register. To enlarge a micro size photo you must register. To use a site search to find friends you have also to be a registered member. However when you register on suchlike sites it often turns out that there are few members and to find you love seems to be almost unreal. From my own experience I can say that sites which have a couple of hundreds members registered are not rare things. Every second or third site is "empty". It is very sad to waste time on those sites  .
Oh! I forgot to tell something... Some free dating sites demand payment for sending letters, otherwise one can only answer letters, but not write to those whom you like. To tell you the truth I got very disappointed when 2 or 3 months I couldn`t find a normal site which would satisfy my humble needs. Of course there are well-known interesting dating sites which take major places in different ratings and search systems. These sites have millions of users, but if you are not an inhabitant of the USA or Canada, you can hardly register on it. Besides, my profile was deleted from the "fish" site just because I was unfriendly and "rude" with a stupid american men who offered me some undecent things in his second letter. In my opinion it took all my strength to find a good and simple dating site. I`m so glad to share my thoughts. Can anyone say "thanks"?
