The word "eclectic" describes me perfectly. I am very eclectic in my interests, talents and life experiences. I have a deep spiritual connection to life and the world I live in.

I'm not much into the online chatting and texting phenomenon that seems to be the preferred communication these days. I prefer hearing a real voice and having some good old fashioned conversation - does anybody do that anymore? What are you looking for? What would you like to know? I love life and enjoy experiencing it - the good, the bad, and everything in between. For me, life is like the movie "Defending Your Life" . . . I'm here to learn . . . and life is full of lessons. I've learned quite a bit so far . . . how about you?

I'm really good at intelligent, stimulating conversation about anything and everything. At one point I was considering a career as a radio talk show host. I love the written word, and like many people have a book or two that I would like to write. I was a certified counselor at one time and have been told that I have a talent for summarizing people's problems in a clear and simple way and offering common sense solutions and direction. I have enjoyed performing on stage in community theater, mostly in Illinois, and I have an extensive theatrical resume. Like I said, I am very eclectic in my interests, talents and life experiences!

The most important quality that I am looking for in another person? Intelligence, perception and the ability to express it. It's very important that he be open to philosophical and personal growth ideas. A closed mind is a very stuffy place.
