The most likely reason for this is that your photos are not saved in the JPG/JPEG format and you must convert your photos to this format before you will be able to upload them. If you don't know how to do this, you can email the photo to us and we will convert and upload it to your profile for you. There is also the possibility that your photo is corrupted or damaged.

I am looking for a genuine fitness friend...my workout routine is on lockdown but my eating eh now that's where I struggle not necessarily in a bad way but I'm trying to change that so it's on lockdown as well... I have done an hour of cardio every morning for idk how long years and years, will not miss it unless I am bed ridden with sickness which luckily doesn't happen often...as of November (201 I changed up my routine that's a miracle in itself lol so now I do 15 mins cardio, 30mins weights, 15 minutes cardio...my birthday is in like 3.5 months so I'm hoping to see a big change by then. I don't feel like I'm that far from my goal...when people look at me I want them to know I work hard for my body, if that makes sense...so to sum it all up I'd like to talk about fitness routines (sets/reps/rest)... nutrition (do you do keto, intermittent fasting, macros), struggles/downfalls...maybe it could eventually lead to texting.
