More about me:
Me? IAM me. Finally..took over 50 years..but here IAM Born in Michigan, raised in Texas, did a stint in the military in Germany and ended up staying there for about 5 years and had the most amazing dream job where I got to travel all over europe for work. Came back to the states in 1989 lived in Albuquerque working at intel for about 5 years and then moved to Portland Oregon in 1998 and stayed there until 2019. January 2020 life brought me to the east coast for some reason. Trying to figure out my “why”... My greatest time that changed me the most was when I rode my bike across the country in 2017 after being laid off and ending an almost 30 year marriage to the mother of my 5 wonderful kids.. My life has not been the same since. If my energy catches you, you will enjoy the stories. I am a very passionate man very much in touch with who i am. I dont get into sports politics, religion nor "breaking news" . I like to think this is because i want to live the life and do the things and NOT watch someone else do them. ask this? what are pro athletes? other than the last kids to get kicked off the playground.. I am VERY spiritual and i enjoy my alone time when i do yoga, meditate, walk or ride. I am a crier..unashamedly so. I love a good cry happy, sad or hurt...one of the most honest cleansing things a person can do to be in touch with their feelings and emotions. what else? I have 5 absolutely awesome kids. They are all quite successful and finding their way in life with great passion and energy. I always told my kids...do not do what I do just because I am your dad... you do YOU..find out who YOU are and question everything and dont let a day go by that you do not learn something new. I am a veracious learner...and "why" is probably my favorite word. I write alot... if you spark in me you will not believe what my words can be and say. The thought of controlling someone or manipulating them makes me gag. I love independence, strength, passion, honesty and vulnerability. I am perfectly happy alone and i need my "person" to be happy alone as well. I am not on a mission to heal or complete someone. I believe in the energy and spark of connections. I wouldnt say love at first sight but a spark that ignites the further inquiries into "what was that"..."who are they" easy there boy... slow your roll...lol. I need to lighten this up a little.... I love to cook and am pretty darn good at it. I love healthy eating and am about 75-90% vegeterian. I think they call that an opportunivore.if something is going to give up its life to feed me it needs to have been treated with care and respect. I find the modern industrial food supply chain to be abhorrently bad. BUT, I will always eat whatever is put in front of me with thanks and gratitude. I am not a snob about how and what I eat i try to keep that to myself as much as possible. ever tried butternut squash green chili enchiladas? Ill make that for you sometime. I like beer mainly IPAs. I love to ride my bike.(queen..if that song popped into your head..you might want to message me) I love to look for synchronicities in life and as Ive spiritually and emotionally matured and tuned into the energy of creation and the universe i find them more and more. Walk with me.ill show you some things. My driving "communal" contribution is serving. I love to serve people. I spent almost 30 years in the corporate world as an engineer in the high tech sector and then as i got older i wanted my job to reflect a more universal purpose and went into the wind energy business for about 10 years in management I am VERY open minded but if I get something solid and confirmed.you need to be a darn good debater. I love a good debate and if you are not confident I will come across as a stubborn know it all. if u made it this far.i have a thing about paying for meeting someone.go look at ALL my pics.hint hint.send your email if your paid so i can respond. i might subscribe but would rather NOT.
