I'm new to this online thing and honestly dating at all. I've been divorced for over 6yrs now and feel ready to move on. I am an old fashion guy and not interested in a quick hookup but in meeting someone new and hopefully someone I can establish a relationship with. I have experienced more in my 34yrs than some people would in several lifetimes. I've been able to travel much of the world. I was a U.S Marine and an Army vet. My education is mostly theology/ biblical studies and was a pastor in a church here in Bay City. I resigned from ministry when my ex wife and I divorced. I work hard but don't make much money. I wish I had more of it to offer but I do have a huge heart I am loyal and love to help people. People say I can have an intimidating presence but I am just a big teddy bear. I am soft spoken but assertive. I'm not afraid of making a fool of myself on a dance floor or anything in good fun to make someone laugh. There isn't much I don't enjoy doing. I love new experiences whatever they may be. I'm definetly an optimist and can find the good and the fun in the worst of circumstance. Honestly I must admit I am scared to open my heart up but I'm hoping and praying I have a soul mate out there somewhere !!
