Term

This Agreement will remain in full force and effect while you use the Web site and/or are a Member. LuvFree may terminate your membership for any reason, effective upon sending notice to you at the email address you provide in your application for membership, or such other email address as you may later provide to LuvFree. Even after membership is terminated, this Agreement will remain in effect.

Non Commercial Use by Members

The Web site is for the personal use of individual Members only and may not be used in connection with any commercial endeavors.

Content Posted on the Site

• One person - one profile on LuvFree.
• We had to limit membership to some countries. If your country is not listed in our join form, your profile will be deleted.
• You agree that you are providing true information (gender, age, location) about yourself. You acknowledge that if your registration data is untrue in any respect, we reserve the right to terminate this Agreement.
• You understand and agree that LuvFree may review and reject or delete any content, messages, photos or profiles (collectively, "Content") that in the sole judgment of LuvFree violate this Agreement or which might be offensive, illegal, or that might violate the rights, harm, or threaten the safety of Members. Any signs of possible future spam/scam action may cause profile rejection. Please do not join our community if you disagree with it.
• To join LuvFree community you should set a real country and city you live in. Otherwise your profile will be rejected from our website.
• We do not accept profiles registered with proxy.
• We do not accept profiles of european and american people living in africa and asia. Sorry such profiles are often fake.
• No explicit sexual description and nude pictures.
• No model and cartoon photos. Photos with other sites logos will be deleted.
• LuvFree is for noncommercial use. Companies and organizations may not be members of this site.
• You are solely responsible for the Content that you publish or display (hereinafter, "post") on the Service, or transmit to other Members.
• No criticizing the site actions here. You may send us your suggestions and feedback by email address from contact us page.
• By posting Content to any public area of LuvFree, you automatically grant, and you represent and warrant that you have the right to grant, to LuvFree an irrevocable, perpetual, non-exclusive, fully paid, worldwide license to use, copy, perform, display, and distribute such information and content and to prepare derivative works of, or incorporate into other works, such information and content, and to grant and authorise sublicenses of the foregoing.
• You must use the Service in a manner consistent with any and all applicable laws and regulations.
• You may not engage in advertising to, or solicitation of, other Members to buy or sell any products or services through the Service. You may not transmit any chain letters or junk email to other Members. Although LuvFree cannot monitor the conduct of its Members off the Web site, it is also a violation of these rules to use any information obtained from the Service in order to harass, abuse, or harm another person, or in order to contact, advertise to, solicit, or sell to any Member without their prior explicit consent. In order to protect our Members from such advertising or solicitation, we may terminate an offending member's membership.
• Profiles, postings and blogs are publicly viewed. LuvFree pages may be indexed by search engines. We are not responsible for search engines results. Please do not write your personal information.
• We may use the profile information about you (preview and description) for promoting purposes on sites of our network.

Using the chat

LuvFree chat is a free of charge service helping members communicate and get to know each other better. Administrator may view chat from time to time. Please read our chat rules before using it.

• No offensive, insulting or explicit language. Offensive references to sex, gender, ethnicity, or sexual orientation are forbidden.
• Do not threaten and abuse other members. If anyone threaten or abuse you please report.

Limitation on Liability

This Agreement, accepted upon use of the Web site and further affirmed by becoming a Member of the Service, contains the entire agreement between you and LuvFree regarding the use of the Web site and/or the Service. If any provision of this Agreement is held invalid, the remainder of this Agreement shall continue in full force and effect.
