I'm going to SAIT right now, 2nd. year sheet metal in a 4 yr. apprenticeship. Got my Gas Fitter2 ticket in 2009, going for refrigeration after this.I believe we are never too old to learn, when life throws you pick yourself up, dust yourself off, and get back on for the ride If I were to die tomorrow I could say I've had a full life, more than the average 3 people ever get chance to experience. Regrets? Sure, but life is what it is. With 20/20 hindsight I'd be a multi-millionaire. I'm not. I have a fulfilling life however, and that counts for more I think. I'm an avid animal conservationist, an ethical hunter, both with rifle and bow, and an avid archer. Every chance I get spare time I am at Calgary Archery Centre in the winter, and all summer I love to camp and hike in the mountains. The REAL way, with a tent and back pack( Not an RV type). I lead a simple lifestyle, and money for me is merely a means to my goals. People and experiences weigh far more in my books.I am a well read person, literally thousands of books, I am writing one myself, just to see if I can. I dusted off my old Fender 12 string and I'm seeing if I can re-learn a lot of the old folksy tunes like Gordon Lightfoot and Neil Young, getting into some newer stuff as well, there's a lot of good unplugged artists out there these days. :D
