I think it is not fair to compare a broken arm to a broken heart. Let's make the emotional pain anger at someone who cut in line and the physical pain gut-wracking pancreatic cancer. in that case, i am thinking the physical pain is far greater. You have to compare equal levels to get validity in such a comparison
