—I sleep still excessively due to personal mishaps during High School; it's a condition called hypersomnia which is the opposite of insomnia as to where someone has little to no sleep over a troubled period. I notice it's healed over the years however so it's not that I enjoy sleeping longer—I have to. I prefer rising early because "Early bird catches the worm of inspiration." I've been personally curing my ailment by forcing myself to stay awake since I figure if I sleep too much, staying up is just the contrary as to balance it out. I'm certain it works for insomnia in it's respects. The process is a little binding yet I've seemed to manage. I mean, naturally the body is going to keep reminding you that you need slumber over the duration which is annoying as hell—especially out here in Las Vegas since Summers now are long & hot while Winters are short and cold. None the less, as much as I've worried that I am permanently damaged, I figure certain things aren't since a permanent marker is easily rubbed off by rubbing alcohol. The living situation I am in introduces quadruple-edged swords—figuratively speaking. Techniques that I've acquired as to combat the ticking fly of the reminders of rest is: (1) Stock up on natural proteins; (2) Stay relative to a safe place; and, (3) Keep up with water. Conclusively, the body will eventually give way and fall asleep according to my findings. In the Guinness Book of World Records an individual can stay up for about 11 days & 10 nights in a controlled environment!
