Hi! Trisha: I understand where your coming from. My suggestion for you is to try and find a Christian man. Not just any man claiming to be a Christian. But, a true Christian. The way you tell the difference is to give them about 7 days trial. At about the end of the seven days they will show you by their speech and actions if they are a true Christian. You don't have to say anything about what I am telling you. Just wait and observe what they say and do for that period of time. Then decide if you want to move forward in that relationship or end it. It's that simple. :)
Additionally, meet-the-person and see or rather observe reactions, ways he talk about, how he treats not only you but his sorrounding or maybe if he is a good recommended person from his family, friends he is attach to,and his kind of work...etc.
Take your time knowing him...no need to rush.Sometimes,it is deceiving at first cover on what he says about himself,especially on dating sites.
It is NOT that simple, but knowing well the person will give you the right path you are looking for in life.
