I am a poet and an aspiring songwriter that enjoys country music, classic rock, long walks and hanging out with friends. I am flexible in that I can go from horseback riding to a shirt and tie for dinner out. I am very much a country boy at heart. I prefer a regular bar to a dance club any day. I enjoy cooking, karaoke, camping and hanging out with friends.

I enjoy a good wine as well as beer or whiskey. I am not into getting drunk but I like to have a good time. I have a playful and frisky side as well as a quiet and relaxed side. It just depends on what kind of mood I am in and who I am with.

Now to address the "separated" issue of my profile. I was separated from her and we tried to work things out but there was nothing there. There was no love no nothing so she went back to her family in Texas. There is no emotional or other baggage from that. Being in a marriage or any relationship without love is worse than being alone without love. The divorce will be done this year as soon as I save the money for it. If you are still reading on at this point then great.

I want someone who will accept me for me. I am not perfect and I don't mind improving on my weak spots but don't think that you can mold me into something that I am not....deep down I am a fun loving country boy and I will always be that.

About my ideal partner:

Someone who will be my best friend and the love of my life. They will look forward to being with me as much as I look forward to being with them. Honesty is the most important thing to me, without that there can be nothing else.

I am not perfect nor do I claim to be but I want someone who will accept me for who I am in my heart. Do not think of me as a lump of clay that you can mold into what you want your man to be. I accept you for who you are and I expect the same.

I am simply looking for the same thing you are. to be happy. I don't think that is too much to ask.
