I am a 58 year old male with interests in movement studies including Kinetic Awareness Training, Feldenkrais Method, Alexander Technique, Body Awareness training, JKA Shotokan Karate, Yang Tai Chi, BaGua, Hsing-I. I have degrees in Forestry, Outdoor Recreation, Physical Therapy. Studied Physics long enough to get hooked. Struggle with depression, and really need a mutual motivator to actively pursue my life. I have lots of knowledge and desire but often need an outside source of motivation to take action. The same goes for my recreational side, to "show someone else the BWCA I will act, to do it myself I will not. For how long is a good question.
