I am soon relocating to SC for one year. From there to some area with warm winters and good mass transit and low crime. I'd like to meet a relocatable younger man age 21 to 40, white collar type, non-domineering, non-violent, nice and kind. NO REPUBLICANS. I am now in PAINsylvania and hating it here. I love: warm, sandy environments, tropical, desert, ocean or sandy bay, good mass transit, strong community.

I hate: farm vibe, mountain/woods vibe, colonial vibe, cold winters, stifling, breeze-free summers, unsafe, isolated locations, cliquey, aloof people, lack of community, living alone.

I hope to some day be an on-site rooming house owner, with live-in helpers.

About my ideal partner:

Non Republican or non-political, age 18-40, any race, healh and safely oriented, open to relocation to the type area I described, nice, unselfish, non-domineering, social, rational, with no children or grandchildren. Interested in doing partner dancing a plus.
