Favorite books, movies, shows, music, and food:

I enjoy a variety of authors and love the classics as well as classic crime novels...

Movies, the same, love the old stuff but also enjoy new movies.
I must confess I am somewhat of a romantic for the classics and noir films, anything made between the 30s and 80s mostly.
There is a certain kind of magic about those classic movies, be it Humphrey Bogart in a black and white pic or Steve McQueen in Cinemascope. ;)
Not to forget the Italian and French cinema with their great directors, Fellini, Pasolini, Godard, Truffaut... and Tati! ;) to only name a select few... and Kurosawa of course!

Music, there is so much good stuff out there and bad also :P love Jamiroquai, but grew up with Rock, Soul, Blues, R&B, Jazz and will enjoy Disco and House when it comes to the Dancefloor...

Food? Italian, it's the best, but not the only. I'm open and enjoy good food in general, but keep it simple. The fancy stuff is too fancy at times.
Comunque un bel piatto di pasta fatta in casa vince sempre. ;)
