I'll think of something can't rush perfection!There are many people who think people my age are old, and in most cases this is a true statement However, there is a reason for this and it's because they never gave their body any thought when they were young. There is an old saying many do not know about or if they do, many have paid it no attention to it. That saying is "If one wants to be young when they are old, One must be old when they are young!"
